To the treasurer and barons of the exchequer. Order to cause Master John de Luco, canon of St. Paul's, London, to be acquitted of 321. 1s. Od. exacted from him, to wit 7/. 1s. Od. due to the king for the chattels of John Prest of Middelton and 201. at which he was amerced before the justices last in eyre in co. Buckingham because he received the said chattels without warrant, and 100s. that he owes to the king for himself and his sureties, as the king has pardoned him at the suit of Gerard, bishop of Sabina, and Benedict, cardinal deacon of St. Nicholas in Carcere Tulhano. To Malcolm de Harley, escheator this side Trent.
