Order not to intermeddle further with a messuage, a garden, 52 acres of land, 2 acres of meadow, 8 acres of wood, 3s. 23d. of rent in Denardeston, and to restore to the aforesaid Alice aught that he may have received thence since they were taken into the king's hands, as the king learns by inquisition taken by the escheator that Amice, daughter of William Appelgar of Denardeston, held nothing of the king at her death, but that she held the premises of Robert de Munteny, and that Alice is her sister and next heir, and is aged fourteen years and more.
