Northampton, Hereford, Salop, and Stafford. le Porter acknowledges that he owes to Walter de Langeton - to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. or partition of the knights fees and advowsons of churches belonged to Robert de Markham, tenant in chief, made by Thomas by the king's writ, between John de Bray and Cecily, his William de Sancta Cruce and Agnes, his wife, and John de who is in the king's wardship, co-heirs and parceners of - the of the said Robert, to wit of 53 knights fee and the sixth of a whereof James de Sutton holds in the town of Kgrum three fees, are extended at 40/. yearly; and Richard de Sutton holds the of Kykering and Cotum by the service of 2 knights fees and of a of a fee, which are extended at 40/. yearly : whereof there is assigned of the said co-heirs and parceners a third of all the issues of the fees when those who hold them die, because they cannot be divided other manner as they are held in gross, as is aforesaid.
