Order to deliver to John de Hastinges the manor of Ippesle and the issues received thence, to be held in name of wardship, saving the king's right if he wish to speak concerning the manor and the right of others, as the king learns by inquisition taken by Master Robert de Thorp and the escheator that Henry Hubaud at his death held the manor of John, and that Henry died seised thereof in John's homage and did homage therefor to him in the last eyre of the justices in co.
