Order to deliver to Humphrey de Boun, earl and Essex, a messuage, a carucate of land, 116s. yearly of in Stretton, together with the year, day and waste of the same, as king learns by inquisition taken by the sheriff that Adam de Stretton the premises of the earl by the service of two knights fees, rendering to the earl 2 marks yearly to the honour of Kington, which and lands are in the king's hands by reason of the felony for Adam was convicted, and the king has granted to the earl what to him of the year, day and waste of the said messuage, land and by reason of the felony aforesaid.
