Memorandum, that Andrew came into chancery at Bury St. Edmunds, the said Sunday, and acknowledged the contents of this deed. Humphrey de Bohun, earl of Hereford and Essex, came before the on Sunday after the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, and sought to certain of his liberties in his manors of Kynebauton and Weresle, were taken into the king's hands for his default in a suit before treasurer and barons of the exchequer by a writ of Quo warranto. is signified to the treasurer and barons.
