Enrolment of deed of Reginald de Balun, brother and heir of Sir Walter de Balun, witnessing that whereas he granted to Robert, bishop of Bath and Wells, and to Philip Burnell, his nephew, the manor of Great Chevrel, with the advowson of the church of the same, for their lives, he now grants to them the said manor and advowson: to hold to them and their heirs of the chief lords of the fee, rendering to Reginald a rose at Midsummer. As they have seisin thereof by the first deed for life, he releases the manor and advowson to them forever.
