To the treasurer and barons of the exchequer. Order to discharge W. bishop of Worcester of 241. 5s. 74d. for the second term of the payment of the tenth of the clergy imposed by Clement V. and granted to the king, as it appears by the rolls of chancery that the temporalities of that see were in the king's hands from October 21, in the seventh year of the king's reign, until February 17 then next following, when the king took the said bishop's fealty, provided that they find that the temporalities were in the king's hands when the second payment became due.
