Memorandum, that Richard and Matilda came into chancery at Westminster, on Saturday the feast of St. Ethelburga, and acknowledged the aforesaid deed, and that John came into chancery, on the same day, and also acknowledged the deed, and granted that the aforesaid money shall be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Berks. Peter de Genevile acknowledges that he owes to John de Berewik and Henry de Gouiz 20 marks; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Salop.
