Brother Richard de Wimblis came before the king, on Sunday before St. Peter in Cathedra, and sought to replevy to the abbot of St. Albans and to the prior of Hatfeld Peverel their advowson of the church of Assington, which was taken into the king's hands for their default before the justices last in eyre at Catteshall against John de Bosco and Andrew de Nevill.
