Order to deliver Robert Botild, imin Winchester gaol for the death of William le Cordwaner of whereof he is indicted, in bail to twelve men who shall mainpern him before the justices at the first assize if anyone wish to speak him, as it is testified before the king by Richard de Coleshull, John John de Wyndes[or ], and Robert Daundely, justices appointed Winchester gaol, that William slew the said William in selfand not by felony or of malice aforethought.
