Order to deliver William le Lepar, imat Worcester for the death of Thomas le Visshar, whereof he is in bail to twelve men who shall mainpern to have him before the at the next assize, as the king learns by the record of an inquisition before William de Salso Marisco and his fellows, justices appointed to Worcester (Wynton ) gaol, that William slew Thomas in self-defence not by felony or of malice aforethought. S. bishop of Waterford, justiciary of Ireland, and to the treasurer and of the exchequer of Dublin.
