Theobald de Verdun; constable of Ireland, acknowledges that he owes to de Verdun and Henry de Praers 200J. to be paid from his manors Farnham and La Sere, which Theobald granted to them in texancia four years, to be paid at the rate of 501. yearly. At the end of the years Theobald shall be altogether acquitted of the said 200/. In Theobald die before the end of that term, Thomas and Henry grant what they shall have received in the meantime from the manors shall allowed to Theobald in the said sum. The said Theobald acknowledges that he owes to Thomas de Verdun and de Praers 200/.; whereof he will pay 50/. at Michaelmas next from issues of his aforesaid manors, which manors he has granted to them tenancy for four years until the aforesaid sums be paid.
