Order to restore to John de Balon, clerk, lands, goods and chattels, which were taken into the king's hands his being indicted of suspicion of theft and homicide before the lately in eyre in co. Wilts, as he has purged his innocence before bishop of Salisbury, to whom he was delivered according to the of the clergy. The chancellor sent order from Rothelan.
