Memorandum, that John came into chancery, on 3 July, and acknowledged the premises. Roland de Contis acknowledges that he owes to Philip le Taillur of London 11 marks; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels. The said Roland acknowledges that he owes to Goranus de Valentinis 40s.; to be levied as above. Roland made like recognisanse to John le Coffrer for 41s. Roland made like recognisance to Alexander le Mercer of Stanes for 41s.
