Order to deliver to Thomas de Babynton the wardship of the lands and heirs of John de Kyma of Griseby, tenant by knight service of Walter Giffard, late archbishop of York, as the archbishop granted the wardship to Thomas during the minority of the heirs, and Thomas was in peaceful seisin thereof before the archbishop's death, and the steward took the custody into the king's hands upon the archbishop's death, and the king confirms the grant.
