Order to cause Elias Engayne Walter Grike to be delivered from Neugate prison, wherein they are for the death of Henry le Clere of Stonistratford, lately slain in Buckingham, wherewith Elias is charged out of hatred, as the king upon the mainprise of Nicholas Engayne, Martin le Clere of Henry de Lovente, William le Lou, William Gerdel of Neuport, le Seler, William son of Ralph Carbonel, Richard Cryps of Stoni- John Waryn of Neuport, William Bigsop, Walter le Fullere, and le Mareschal of co. Buckingham, who have mainperned to have Elias the justices at the first assize in co. Buckingham to stand to right if one will speak against him in this behalf, and of Humphrey son of Ralph Neuport, John le Marchant, Richard Minchun, Henry Gricke, Hugh Walter Russel, James le Clere of Pikeford, Michael le Mazecref, Grys, Richard Terry, Thomas Burgeis, and Ralph de Husseburn, of aforesaid county, who have mainperned in like manner for Walter. Hubert, imprisoned at Cambridge for the death of Walter wherewith he is charged, has letters to the sheriff of Cambridge him. de Ja Chapelle, imprisoned at York for the death of John de wherewith he is charged, has letters to the sheriff of York to bail son of Nicholas de Conedevere, imprisoned at Shrewsbury for the of Engelard de Buchelers, wherewith he is charged, has letters to the of Salop to bail him.
