To the same. Like order to cause Adam, son and heir of Robert de Everyngham, to be acquitted of 831. 6s. 8d. by which Robert made fine with the king for the service of 23 knights fees in the king's army of Wales in the tenth year of his reign, which service he then acknowledged to the king, as Robert paid 40/. into the king's wardrobe at Rothelaun on the eve of the Assumption, in that year, and 43/. 6s. 8d. at Dynby of Saturday before St. Luke, in the same year, to Master William de Luda, then keeper of the wardrobe, as appears by the king's letters patent made to Robert.
