Order to deliver to Roesia, late the wife of the aforesaid the lands specified below, which he has taken into the king's hands of John's death, and to restore to her the issues thereof by him, as the king learns by an inquisition taken by the that John and Roesia jointly acquired certain lands in co. Hertford, to them and their heirs from Elias de and certain tenements in Great Lekhamstede and Little and Hamslape, co. Buckingham, from Ralph son of de Plumpton for the term of their lives, and that the tenements are held of Robert de Tony by the service of one pound of for all service, and the tenements in Great Lekhamstede and Lekhamstede are held of John Pollard, Ralph Passelewe, William Nicholas Makary, William Pollard, Roger le Parker, Elias Hugh son of Ralph, Hugh de Chastillion and John le by the service of 18s. 94d., a pound of pepper, eight clove gillyand two rose-flowers, and the tenements in Hamslape are held of Elias de Tyngewyk by homage, and that John and Roesia their seisin thereof until John's death,
