To Roger le Bygod, earl of Norfolk and Marshal of England. As the _ king needs timber for the repair of the houses within the manor of Burgh (de Burgo), co. Norfolk, and also for repairing his mills at Orford in the same county, he requests the earl to oblige him with a grant (curialit at em facere) at the earl's pleasure of timber from the earl's wood of Haneworth for the said houses and in the earl's park of Staverton for the said mills. By K. on the information of the bishop of Coventry and Lichfield.
