Order to restore to Richard, parson of the church of Hope Boudlers, his lands, goods and chattels, which were taken into the king's hands upon his being charged before William Inge and Roger de Sutheote, justices to deliver Shrewsbury gaol, with theft, as he has purged his innocence before W. bishop of Coventry and Lichfield, to whom he was delivered by the justices in accordance with the privilege of the clergy. To Hugh le Despenser, justice of the Forest beyond Trent, or to him who supplies his place.
