The like to the said constable for Gerald de Podio. Enrolment of grant by Robert, son and heir of Robert de Bourstalle, to Sir Robert, son and heir of Hugh de Bourstall, of 5s. 6d. of rent from half a virgate of land and 4 acres of meadow in the towns of Bourstall and Belegrave, co. Leicester, which lands Sir Robert holds, the rent having descended in inheritance to the grantor from his father. The grantor also releases his right in the rent. Witnesses: Roger Laur of Belegrave ; de Silyby of the same; Thomas de Croyndon of the same; de Pirle; John de Westpirle; William son of the said John; Phelipp of Croyndon; Hugh le Hatter of the same. Dated at on Monday before Midsummer, 16 Edward ITI, Memorandum, that the aforesaid Robert came into chancery at London, 12 October, and acknowledged the above. Enroiment of release by John de Sutton, knight, to Hugh le Despenser, younger, son of the earl of Winchester, of his right in the castle and of Duddeley, and in the manors of Seggesleye and New Swynford, Stafford, and in the town of Duddeleye, co. Worcester, and in the of Bradefeld, Soleham, and Bastenden, co. Berks, and in all the lands Rouleye Somery and Prestwode in the forest of Kenefare, co. Stafford, in the knights fees, with all appurtenances, royalties, etc., pertaining the premises, and in the advowsons.
