Somerset, Dorset, Devon, and Order to deliver to Peter de Uvedale and Margaret his wife, the wife of Joceus de Dynham, tenant in chief, all their lands, goods chattels, which the escheator has taken into the king's hands because married the said Margaret without the king's licence, together with issues of the same since they were taken into the king's hands, as the wishes to spare Peter, who has gone to Gascony in his service, to be by him so long as he is in the said service.
