The grants that he will warrant the tenements to Thomas and the heirs body, with remainder to John his brother and the heirs of his body, to Richard de Abberbury and the heirs of his body, with to Agnes, sister of Richard, and the heirs of her body, with to Alice, sister of Agnes, and to the heirs of her body, with to Margaret, her sister, and to her heirs.
