Order not to intermeddle further with two tofts and bovates of land in Eston, and to restore the issues thereof, as the king by inquisition taken by the escheator that John de Ulram and Joan wife, who still survives, held the same jointly on the day of John's to them and the heirs of their bodies, and that the tofts and land held of the aforesaid heir of Thomas de Cailly.
