The abbot of Malmesbury puts in his place William de Pershore and de Pardeshou, clerks, to prosecute the execution of a recognisance 200 marks, made to the abbot in chancery by John de la Ryvere of de Evesham received the attornment by writ. John Pride puts in his place John de Pokelyngton and Thomas de Grove, to prosecute the execution of a recognisance for 11/.; made to him chancery by the prior of Hereford.
