Order not to intermeddle with the four tofts and 120 acres of land in Nether Wytewell, and restore the issues thereof, as the king learns by inquisition taken by John Houton, the late escheator, that Margaret, late the wife of Thomas de at her death did not hold any lands in chief by reason whereof the of her lands ought to pertain to the king, but that she held for life said tofts and lands of Henry le Scrop by knight service, of the inof Gilbert de Smerdale and Richard de Halton.
