York, Cancelled on payment. Richard Waryn of Dymmok acknowledges that he owes to Walter son Adam atte Mulne of Dymmok 20 marks; to be levied, in default of of his lands and chattels in co. Gloucester. John Pecche, the elder, puts in his place Walter Power, clerk, to defend execution of a recognisance for 300/. made by him to William de and Ellen his wife in chancery.
