Order to appoint trustworthy men to survey in his diocese that have been destroyed by the Scots, and to those that have not been re-taxed to be taxed anew, so that the tenth be levied according to the taxation, certifying the treasurer and barons taxation, as the clergy of the diocese have prayed the king to cause benelices to be taxed anew, because they are unable to pay the tenth to the old taxation.
