Order to supersede the taking of Richard of Scotton church, John de Nevill and William de of felonies and misdeeds by a certain mainprise, as king appointed Stephen and the others to pursue and take the others, according to the ordinance made in parliament and to bring them to Neugate gaol to be imprisoned sherifis of London, yet Simon de Drayton, knight, of co. William de Claworth, of co. Nottingham, William Wade, and Roland Daneys, of co. Lincoln, have mainperned in chancery to have Richard and the others before the justices to answer for their excesses, and that they will well. By C.
