Order to permit de Melchebourne to lade 100 sacks of wool and 5 last of hides that port and to take them to Andewerp, paying the custom and due thereon to William de Northwell, keeper of the wardrobe, to a previous order, as William has informed the king that have not wished to do this without a warrant under the great seal.
