To the same. Order to receive the attorney of John Hamely, sheriff of Cornwall, to make his proffer on the morrow of the close of Easter next, as he is on the king's affairs. By K. Hervey de Stanton, parson of Elm church, diocese of Ely, acknowledges that he owes to Peter de Spikesworth and Bartholomew de Stanhowe 1007. ; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels and ecclesiastical goods in co, Norfolk. John le Mareschal of Staundon acknowledges that he owes to Edmund de Bolestrode 200/.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Hertford.
