Order to continue all the assizes arramed before them against Henry son o: Hugh, in which they shall find the soil placed in view in the assizes previously arramed between Robert de Clifford and Henry, to be now placed in view, in the same state in which they now are until the perambulation has been made between cos. York and Westmorland, as the king ordered the justices of the Bench to continue an assize of novel disseisin brought by Henry against Robert concerning tenements in Mikelton in Tesedale, co. York, in the same state in which it then was, until the said perambulation was made [as at page 326 above], and now Henry has besought the king by his petition before him and his council in the present parliament, that as divers assizes of novel disseisin are arramed against him by Robert de Sande ford and others concerning common of pasture in Burgh under Staynesmore, co. Westmorland, and the soil concerning which assizes were arramed previously between Robert and Henry is now placed in view, the king will order those assizes to be continued until the said perambulation has been made; and the king has considered that the final discussion of the said affair cannot be made until the perambulation has been made, and wishes to grant the supplication because it was ordained by him and his council in the said parliament that all plea by orzginalia writs touching the said soil shall be continued until the perambulation has been made.
