Dorset. of acknowledgment of receipt by John de Preston, citizen roper of London, from Richard Peverel, kinsman and heir of John knight, and Richard Bagge and John de la Mare, chaplain, of the will of John Peverel, of 100/., in which John was bound him by a recognisance made in chancery, 10 May, 3 Edward 111. at the New Temple, London, on 26 January. that John de Preston came into chancery at the said on the said day, and acknowledged the preceding letters. that John de Preston granted that the said recognifor 100/. should be cancelled. earl of Lancaster, puts in his place Michael de Wath, clerk, prosecute the execution of a recognisance for 1007. made to him in by John Charnels, parson of Swepston church. The chancellor the attorney. Enrolment of release by John de Flete, son and heir of Robert de to Matilda de Flete, of all his right and claim in all that with houses built thereon, which Matilda and Ralph late her husband, held of the gift and enfeoffment of the Robert de Flete, in the parish of St. Bride, in Flete strete, the suburb of London, which tenement lies in breadth between the of Robert de Swodhull, cook, on the east, and that of John le on the west, and extends in length from the highway of Flete towards the north, as far as the tenement of Jchn le Beel towards south.
