Membrane Td Enrolment of deed testifying that whereas Peter de Sesers, merchant of Arragon, is appointed attorney of all the merchants of Arragoun and Malorges who had laded merchandise in a ship of Malorges, called Seint Lodwiz, in which Bernard Badors was master, he releases to Elias Condy, Michael le Yonge, Richard Wygod, William Loveryk, Salomon Yok, John Loveryk, Thomas and Richard his brothers, William Jolif, William Fauconer, Thomas de Staple and all others of the town of Sandwich, all actions with respect to the ship and the merchandise therein, which were taken on 13 October, 1336, by a ship of Sandwich called la Godbiete, in which Elias Condy was master.
