To Nicholas de la Beche, constable of the Tower of London, or to him supplies his place there. Order to cause Simon atte Croys, whom king lately caused to be taken by Thomas de Kenilworth and delivered Nicholas to be imprisoned in the Tower, to be released, because he found Andrew de Sacheworth, Osbert Braye, John Lovekyn, John de Alan de Wyghte, William de Chesewyk, of the city of London, have mainperned before the king in chancery to have him before king to answer upon those things which the king wishes to say him, and for his good behaviour.
