Order to pay 30s. to John Roderigo of Spain, merchant, charging John de Watenhull, the king's clerk, therewith, as the merchant has besought the king to order that payment to be made to him as John de Watenhull took 54 of his boards of the price of 30s. at Sandwich for the king's use, without rendering anything to him therefor, and it has been testified before the king that the boards were so taken and were appraised at 30s. by Nicholas Pyk, Arnald Garcy, John de Hastyng, clerk and Thomas le Plum of Sandwich. By K. & C, 10. To William de Clynton, earl of Huntingdon, constable of Dover castle, and warden of the Cinque Ports, or to uim who supplies his place in the port of Dover.
