Order to cause the park which is of the temporalities of that bishopric, to be en- , II. Parr II. 161 closed in the places where it is broken, and the palings, closes and hays to be repaired, and he is to find by all ways the names of ,the malefactors who have broken the said palings and hays by force, as the king is informed, after the temporalities came into the king's hands by the death of John, the late bishop, and have hunted there and taken and carried away wild beasts, and that several beasts escape from the park by this breaking, and trees are cut down and other damage perpetrated.
