Peter de Foune of Little Markham, acknowledges that he owes to John de Hothom of Scorburgh, knight, the elder, 100s.; to be levied, ete. in co. Nottingham. Richard de Ayremynn, Master Thomas Sampson, Robert de Usseflete, Master Gilbert de Yareswell, Ivo de Clynton and William de Salteby, executors of the will of William de Ayremynne, clerk, put in their place Walter Power and Richard de Tharlesthorp, clerks, to prosecute the execution of recognisances made to William in chancery in the time of the king, his father and grandfather Michael de Wath received the attornment.
