To the sheriff of Somerset and Dorset. Order to cause the victuals that the king lately ordered to be provided in those counties for the Scotch war to be sent to Skymburnesse, as Walter, bishop of Exeter, the treasurer, has enjoined upon him, the king having appointed certain of his subjects to buy and purvey in that bailiwick 1,000 quarters of wheat, 1,000 quarters of beans, and 500 quarters of barley, and to deliver the same to the sheriff, whom the king ordered to receive it, and to cause as much of the wheat as possible to be ground, boulted (bulettarz), and put in barrels, and to cause the other victuals to be kept safely in suitable places until further orders,
