Enrolment of letters of Thomas Randolf, earl of Morref, lord of Annan dale (de Wau de Anand), and of Man, lieutenant of the king of Scotland, dated at Caveris, 16 February, in the 16th year of the reign of the king of Scotland, granting safe-conduct to Sir John de Moubray and Sir Roger de Clifford and to forty horsemen, their horses, equipments, and grooms to come to him in Scotland.
