Derby, and 380 acres of land in Tiddeswelle, in the same county, which the king has assigned to her as dower with the assent of Thomas Meverel and Elizabeth his wife, one of the daughters and co-heiresses of the said Richard, and of Katherine and Joan, the second and third daughters and co-heiresses of the aforesaid Richard.
