To Simon de Dryby, keeper of certain of the lands that belonged to the rebels and their adherents in the county of Gloucester, or to him who supplies his place there. Order to deliver by indenture to Walter de Wilton his lands, goods, and chattels, and not to molest him by arrest of his body or otherwise, the king having caused his lands, goods, and chattels to be taken into his hands under the belief that he had adhered to the late rebels, as the said Walter has found mainpernors to have him pefore the king to answer for what the king shall say against him.
