Master Richard de Clare, escheator beyond Trent. Order not to further with the manor of Wiberton, and to restore the issues as it appears by inquisition taken by the escheator that Adam de and Joan his wife, both deceased, were jointly enfeoffed of the manor de Holland, knight, to them and the heirs of the said Adam, and manor is not held of the king but of the earl of Richmond in by the service of 25s. yearly and by doing service from three weeks weeks at the earl's court there, and that the manor ought to be between Robert, Adam, and John, sons of the said Adam, accordthe custom of that tenure.
