Grant and quitclaim with warranty of the reversion of the of Horton by Canterbury, reciting a fine of the said manor levied the quinzaine of Michaelmas 34 Edward III before Robert de Thorp his fellows then justices of the Bench, between Roger de Northwode elder knight and Agnes his wife plaintiffs and Richard Sheme of Eastcherche and Peter Hadland deforciants, whereby the Roger acknowledged the said Richard's right therein, and the granted and surrendered the same to the plaintiffs and the heirs of the said Roger, and that the said Agnes yet living reversion is come to the said Roger son of John, being son and of John de Northwode son and heir of Roger the plaintiff, reciting his deed (last above enrolled) of 14 December, the attornment Christopher de Shukkeburgh and the said Agnes, being then his by deed dated Horton 22 December 8 Richard II, and that by thereof the said Thomas etc. are lawfully seised of the said Dated 6 February 8 Richard II.
