Memorandum of acknowledgment of the foregoing writings, 19 November. Thomas son of Thomas de Baa of Braddene to John Asscheby of Blacolueslee and the heirs of his body, with remainder to the grantor's right heirs. Charter with warranty of a messuage and one carucate of land, crofts, meadows, pastures, rents etc. in Blacolueslee which were of the said Thomas the father, a messuage and two crofts called Rodestonplace, two thirds of two virgates of land in Wodeblacolueslee called Gullofres, and all lands, woods etc. of the grantor in the town and fields of Sewelle in the parish of Blacolueslee. Witnesses: William Hay, John Porter, William Spenser, William Wayte, John Clere. Dated Blacolueslee, 1 October 8 Richard II.
