To Philip Popham, Richard Hangre, John Waryn, John Bray, Whitele, John Hoywylle, Richard Scotteney, Jaspar Wodeloke, Walop, Richard Tystede and John London of Andevere, with Maurice Bruyn knight collectors in the county of of the tenth and fifteenth granted to the king by the in the last parliament at Westminster. Order to levy and for the same not awaiting the presence of the said Maurice, the king has discharged ; as by letters patent of 30 October Richard II the king granted him liberty for life not to be made of subsidies etc. against his will.
