Writ of swpersedeas, by mainprise of John Miller of Longevylle, William Bounde of Southflete, Robert Scarbery of Southflete and William Clare of Stone of Kent, in favour of Robert Gylmynge at suit of William Calewe and Ellis Reyner, executors of Nicholas Herynge, for debt. Walter Broun lord of Lasseberough to Robert Smyth late his farmer of that manor. General release of all personal actions by the said Walter, Margaret his wife or his executors by reason of that farm or otherwise, the said Robert having surrendered the said farm. Dated 12 May 7 Richard II.
