Writ of swpersedeas until the octaves of Michaelmas next in regard to their demand against Richard Lescrope, Alexander Besford of Worcestershire and Thomas Charleton of Middlesex, farmers of the temporalities of Nicholas abbot of Westminster pertaining to his own portion, against John Harleston, John Shordyche and John Saunforde, farmers of the temporalities of the prior and convent of Westminster pertaining to their portion, both being in the king's hand, and against the escheators of counties wherein the same are, for the farms or issues of the said temporalities or for an account.
