Writ of until Whitsuntide next in respect of their demand against Argentem or the escheators of Suffolk and others whatsoever answer for the issues of the manor of Haylesworth, which was held life by Margaret who was wife of John Argentem knight, and by death is taken into the king's hand; as by a mainprise the king the keeping thereof to the said William until it should be in the king's court whether the manor ought to pertain to said William or to Ivo fitz Waryn knight and Maud his wife being and one of the heirs of the said John, Margaret daughter Joan another daughter being cousin and one of the heirs of the said and Baldwin son of Elizabeth who was wife of Baldwin Seintthe third daughter, so that he should answer at the exchequer the issues thereof taken and subsequent issues if they shall be to the king; and it is not yet determined in chancery to the manor ought to pertain.
